Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs will be calculated for your return shipment and deducted from your total refund.
Here’s how it works:
1. Email help@plantoeat.com with a return request. Please include your purchase date and order ID number. Include the name of products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
2. We will let you know the total for your refund at that time.
3. We will then send you a shipping label via email.
4. Print your shipping label and attach to packaging that fits all of your return items. (If items are breakable, please package securely.)
5. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
6. Once we receive your return in the mail, we will issue the refund to the original payment method.
Additional Information:
- It can take up to 14 days for you to receive your refund. It will be issued to you after we receive your item!
- Shipping costs of return will be deducted from the refund. These can vary between $2 and $18, depending upon your location and order size. We will let you know the exact amount that will be deducted from your refund and exactly how much we will be returning to you via email before your return is made.
- Plan to Eat is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Return labels are only available for US domestic orders. US military addresses or US territories that require a customs form aren't supported, at this time.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on. Please include receipt with return.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
